Hello and welcome

Welcome to this, the first e-newsletter from Havering Music School. We plan to send you a termly update on what's going on here and to highlight upcoming events and concerts.

Havering Music School Summer School 2015

Sign up for summer school

Havering Music School’s Summer School 2016 will run from Monday 25 – Friday 29 July, providing musical activities across the whole day for junior and senior school students.

It is FREE to everyone who has a SILVER or GOLD lesson. Please book here using Eventbrite to confirm you are attending. Put the dates in your diary NOW.

There will be 50 additional spaces available for anyone who has a BRONZE lesson, does not receive their tuition via the Direct Debit scheme or learns with an independent teacher. The cost for the week will be £150 – please request a place here.

Moving schools?

If your child is in either Year Six or Year Eleven, look out for an email from us requesting details about your child's new school and your plans and wishes for continuing their music tuition. If you wish to discuss your options with us, please email Paul Harris providing you contact details.

Bronze, silver or gold - which package suits you?

Havering Music School offers three different lengths of weekly lesson to enable your child to “Get into music”.

The BRONZE package is an ideal way to start learning with a shared 20 minute lesson.

A SILVER lesson leads to a more concentrated individual lesson of fifteen minutes with a GOLD lesson offering 30 minutes for the more advanced student.
