
Romford Market will turn into a Christmas Village
with a licensed bar and on-stage entertainment, throughout the three week
trading period, from Wednesday 9 December until Christmas Eve.
The market will be open every day until late in the evening.
From Friday 18 December until Christmas Eve, a Continental Christmas Market will also be open for
business offering festive food and gifts.

Santa Bear and friends
Santa Bear and his reindeer friends will be
visiting Romford Market from 11am until 3pm on Sundays 13 and 20 December.

What better place for Santa’s reindeer to
prepare for their big night than Romford Market? That’s why they’ll be here on
Monday 21 December from 11am until 3pm.

 Scouts benefit from Santa
When you visit Father Christmas in his grotto at Romford Shopping Hall, £1.20 of the £5 you pay goes to 2nd Romford Scout Group, and you get a present too.
The Mayor of Havering, Councillor Brian Eagling, officially opened the grotto.

 Letters
to Father Christmas can now be posted in the green post box outside Tollgate House
on any market day. The last posting day for all good
boys and girls to get a reply from Father Christmas is Thursday 17 December, but remember to include your address.

Comedy Rock
Comedy Rock Band, Nice and Sleazy, will be
on stage on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December.

shopping, drop it into the Time FM studios in Laurie Walk. Liberty Centre, Romford by Sunday 20 December.
All toys are distributed to local chidlrens’ homes, hospitals and hospices.

Romford Market currently has some spaces for new traders. Preference
will be given to those wanting to trade on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays
but there is also limited space available for casual traders wanting to operate on
one day only.
