breakable items such as glass, china or lanterns; we will continue to remove
these. Full

Act fast and make your views known on Council's budget plans
 Cranham and Upminster residents and
business people are encouraged to comment on Havering Council's budget proposals before
the deadline of Thursday 17 December 2015.
We have launched our
budget consultation after plans to save £24 million over the next three years
were agreed by Cabinet.
|
The proposals outline how we aim to make the savings by generating income through the introduction of a housing company, investing in renewable energy and managing demand through encouraging residents to engage with us online. We also plan to limit the amount of waste left out for collection.
The full Budget Report can be read here.
