Reviewing the project

The West End Project has been transforming the area around Tottenham Court Road, Gower Street, Bloomsbury Street, New Oxford Street, Charing Cross Road and Shaftesbury Avenue.

We want to hear from you about the changes we have made and are continuing to make as we deliver this landmark project from Camden Council.

Measuring the benefits

We are carrying out a number of detailed surveys looking at changes in traffic, road safety and air quality as well as compliance with the restrictions, complaints, feedback from freight and passenger transport organisations and Transport for London. Gathering the views of the public is part of that evaluation process.

This is not a consultation and while we will not be responding individually to suggestions, all the information you provide will feed into the wider review of the project. We will share the results of this survey and the wider monitoring and data collection once the review has been completed.
