Alfred Place pathways and plants

The first areas of beautiful pathways are now in place in the new park in Alfred Place. Planting and new trees are also being added and with the curved seating and planting borders, the park is really taking shape.

Pocket Parks

The main features of Capper Street pocket park are due to be completed at the end of this week (Friday 3rd December).The new surface will then be added later as this is a weather dependant job and must be completed when the weather isn’t too cold or wet. The dates for this work will be added to our website when available.

Bedford Avenue pocket park construction work starts Monday 6th December 2021 and is expected to be completed within a week.

Huntley Street pocket park (pictured above) is now almost complete with new lighting for the area next to be added.

We have now completed the resurfacing on Grafton Way. Thank you to the local residents for their patience while we completed this work.
