Work stopped over Christmas
There will be no more construction work on site until Monday 4th January 2021. The project team would like to say thank you to all our residents, businesses and stakeholders who have been so patient during the works this year and wish you all a Merry Christmas.
We are aware that there is someone painting over graffiti in Whitfield Garden. While well intentioned we would ask that person kindly to stop.
We have an anti graffiti coating on the mural and covering it with paint actually makes it harder to remove and could damage the mural.
Additionally the Cafe Nero building owners have the exact paint to match the newly painted walls.

Work to redesign and reconfigure the cycle lane on Tottenham Court Road into Howland Street will begin in early January 2021. We expect the work to take around a month to complete.
We will then trial a reopening of the cycle lane. Construction updates will be added to our website as normal.
