Traffic disruption around Tottenham Court Road
We would like to apologise for the traffic disruption being experienced on side streets of Tottenham Court Road while we resurface Gower Street.
We are aware of traffic ignoring signage and trying to use the side streets to rejoin Gower Street rather than use the planned diversion routes.
We have added more signage and worked with TfL to temporarily increase the green time on signals to help clear traffic quicker.
We would like to thank you for your patience during this unavoidable disruption.

 Whitfield Gardens
Work has now started on the rejuvenation of Whitfield Gardens. The site has now be fenced off and cleared ready for work to start. We will be updating our website each week as the changes progress.
