Working in partnership

The Shaftesbury Theatre have started their initial work to explore the relocation of some gas pipes ahead of their basement development.

By working together at this stage we avoid the developers having to come back after we have finished our works and re-dig in the same area. This means less disruption for local residents, businesses and visitors.

Take care in the road works

Work is continuing across Princes Circus with our contractors Eurovia undertaking deep drainage excavations and laying new paving, while contractors working on behalf of the theatre are working on the gas system.

Because of the large amounts of work taking place please take extra care when driving or walking through the area. Follow the diversion signs and use the pedestrian crossings. For your own safety please do not walk around barriers and into the road.
