New paving on display

We are currently working on three areas on Tottenham Court Road. If you have passed us you will have noticed you can already walk on some of the new granite stone.

We will continue to be working on the eastern site of the road during July, widening pavements, working on the drainage system and laying new paving. Don't forget you can view the programme on our website as well as the work for the week ahead.

Thank you for bearing with us while we are working on Tottenham Court Road. All the businesses in the area are open as usual and we are working hard to keep disruption to a minimum. 

There are large barriers around our work sites so please do take care when crossing Tottenham Court Road as these can be difficult to see around - please only use the designated crossing points. 

Temporary cover up

The image above shows the corner of Tottenham Court Road and Chenies Street. Here we are have discovered some utility services much closer to the surface than we expected. 

This corner will take us a bit longer to do while we work with the utility companies to move some of the pipes and we may recover this area temporarily while we coordinate with the different companies.
