The 10th -16th May is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme this year is nature. Get involved with these top tips to connect with nature.
Connecting with nature is something that helps a lot of people unwind. Whether you escape to your garden or local wood, many of us have experienced the positive effect nature can have on our mental wellbeing.
We know there are plenty of avid walkers in Kirklees, but you can't of done them all! Find your next adventure in Kirklees :).

Fight against food waste
In a bid to reduce food waste and save you some pennies, we're hosting another set of online Save Food Workshops! The sessions are an hour-long and completely free. As well as discovering some top tips on fighting food waste, you'll also get to see a cookery demonstration and much more.
