The 12th of April saw restriction in England finally lift. Mingled in the crisp spring air is the smell of barbeques, the buzz from the local pub, and the sound of feet back on the high street.
It has been a long winter, but it feels like we can all breathe a little easier now. The Swiss Cheese Model is a great illustration of the part we all play in protecting our community.
Vaccination alone isn't enough to beat COVID, but we can make its job as difficult as possible. Spend time outside, continue to wash your hands regularly, wear a face covering, and get tested.

Ramadan, the month of fasting for Muslims around the world, has now started. Fasting during daylight hours can be hard, so make it a healthy one with these tips from the British Nutrition Foundation.
