What proof do I need?

There are two types of proof that you need to submit as part of your application. One is proof of your address, and the other is proof that your child lives with you. Depending on your choice of school you may also have to complete a supplementary information form (SIF).

Top tips

Don't...

List private schools on your application – you should apply directly to the private school.

Wait till the last minute to apply – you may have a problem getting online or logging on. Give yourself plenty of time to think things through carefully.

List only one school – your application will not be treated more favourably and you could lose out on another school you like.
