You could be entitled to free support to cut your bills and stay warm and well this winter if you are on a low income, are over 60, have children under 16, a disability or health condition. You might also be eligible for a visit from one of our Energy Doctors who will carry out a free home assessment to look at all the ways that you can save. The council would like your feedback on the draft Local Plan that sets out the planning rules that developers will need to follow in the future, up to 2035.
