COVID-19 Update

With the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our focus is on the wellbeing of our employees, our customers and stakeholders, and supporting the country at this difficult time.

In order to help keep our staff safe, we have closed all of our offices and Insolvency Service staff including our Debt Relief Order (DRO) team are working from home.

With our team working from home, there will need to be some adjustment to how we handle the DRO application processes.

Whilst we implement these changes there may be a short delay in making DROs.

We plan to have our new processes in place early next week. We will contact all intermediaries next week with full instructions and explanations about the changes.

All applications that have already been submitted and are awaiting processing will be dealt with as soon as possible.
