Free Webinar! Hydrogen Safety – Achieving Safe Net Zero

This week is Net Zero Week, a UK national and government-supported awareness week providing expert advice and information to help us all better understand the challenge of becoming net zero and how to benefit from making changes.

Net zero is the world’s answer to stopping climate change. The UK was the first major economy in the world to pass laws to end our contribution to climate change. The legislation committed the nations of the UK to reduce all greenhouse gas emissions to net zero by 2050.

The switch to net zero needs to be safe.

HSE’s research and consultancy is helping to produce the evidence base to underpin the regulations, codes and standards required to enable a safe net zero.

Next week we are holding a free, one hour webinar to provide an overview of some of the work we’ve been doing to help government and industry understand and manage their hydrogen risks, given that hydrogen will have a role to play amongst all the energy solutions available to us.
