COVID-19 survey - a big thank you!

Thank you!

We want to say a big thank you to all of you who completed and shared our short COVID-19 Survey. Almost 1,500 of you got in touch, with approximately 32% of respondents coming from the BAME community, who we were particularly keen to hear from.

Thank you for making time to contact us, as your feedback will help us to improve the service we provide to all our residents. We’re reading through all your responses and our thoughts are with you, your friends and your families. We know times are tough for everyone right now, but we’re here to help.
