Hounslow Council and London Irish RFC have worked together in lockdown to mark the arrival of the club at their new home in the Borough and to send an important COVID-19 message to fans and Hounslow residents alike.

Covid 19 NHS test and trace app

The NHS COVID-19 app is available on both Apple and Android smartphones and is easy to download. 

The app allows users to report symptoms, apply for a coronavirus test, and check in to venues by scanning a QR code. It also helps the NHS trace individuals who may have coronavirus. The app helps health professionals to understand quickly if the virus is spreading in any particular area.

Hounslow Contact Tracing

Hounslow Contact tracing here to help

Hounslow Council's new local COVID-19 Contact Tracing system backs up NHS Test and Trace and helps get coronavirus under control. Council staff call you if you have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 and to check if you need any assistance or support such as with food shopping, collecting medication or debt advice.

Coronavirus mobile testing

It’s vital people get tested if they think they have symptoms, but remember, you must self-isolate until you get a negative result. 

range of Covid-19 tests are available - you can; 

  • Order a home test kit 
  • Go to a local walk-through test centre in Feltham and Heston, or 
  • Visit a Mobile Testing Site

You can't access a test without booking in advance online or by calling 119.

You should only book a test if you have symptoms or have been asked to book by the Council or a hospital.

Domestic abuse can happen to anyone. We're providing support and advice to all residents suffering domestic violence and to people who want to report suspected abuse.

You can get in touch with Hounslow Domestic and Sexual Violence Outreach Service by calling 07810 031 780.
