Awaken Your Wellbeing

The days are growing longer which means we can leave the winter lethargy behind us. It's the season to wake up and get your wellbeing back on track!

Wake up every day and do something you enjoy, whether that's a new exercise regime, a healthier way of eating or simply taking time out for yourself.

If you’re not sure where to start, book one of our Wellbeing MOTs. We’ll check things like muscle mass, bone mass, hydration levels and more!

Gavin

A milestone for Gavin!

Last weekend Gavin completed his 100th Parkrun and we want to say a huge congratulations on an incredible achievement!

Gavin took part in our Learn to run course a few years ago and since then, despite a few setbacks with injury and illness, has persevered with his running and continues to inspire others. He is now a member of Horsham Joggers and attends various weekly sessions, always with a smile on his face.

It was fantastic to cheer you over the finish line, well done from all of us at Horsham Wellbeing. We have no doubt you will make it to the next milestone!
