What do they offer?
Our informative sessions are delivered over 12 weeks by our friendly and experienced Wellbeing Advisors. We provide a mixture of one-to-one coaching and small group sessions to help and support you throughout your weight loss journey. We aim to give you the tools you need to make sustainable changes to your health and wellbeing and achieve your goals. Each course offers:

Two private one-to-one coaching sessions covering introductions, expectations, barriers and triggers

10 weekly workshops that cover topics such as healthy eating, emotional eating, sleep, stress and exercise
- Weekly nutritional and activity reviews along with individual goal setting and email updates

A free WOW toolkit (pictured above) including the British Heart Foundation Eat Better Guide, food & exercise diary, weight tracker card, recipe and exercise booklets along with an exercise resistance band
- Access to free activity for the duration of your course
Who is it for?
- Anyone aged 18+ that lives or works in the Horsham District with a BMI of 25-40*
- Individuals ready to make small, sustainable changes every week focusing on nutrition and exercise
- Those able to commit to attending a minimum of 9 out of 12 sessions and willing to complete all the evaluation paperwork
*dependent on existing health conditions.
