Client image

Client of the Month...

This month we are celebrating the achievements of one of our clients who has made great improvements to his health.

Nicky first visited the Wellbeing Hub in 2018. At 38 and weighing 13st with a metabolic age of 52, his Wellbeing MOT spurred him on to get fitter and healthier.

He joined our Learn to run course and met with an Advisor  to help him decide on changes he could make to his diet.

Now a regular at Horsham Parkrun, Nicky has improved his time by over 9 minutes and recently celebrated his 50th Parkrun (captured in the photo above!). As well as increasing his activity, he has lost well over a stone and his metabolic age is now 31. Well done Nicky!

What did Nicky have to say?

"The Learn to run was really good, the course was varied and the instructors were great! I also met lots of really nice friendly people".

"With the help of a Wellbeing Advisor I learnt how to eat healthily and now have lots of vegetables and seafood, which I love! I have more energy and I feel fitter and more motivated. I highly recommend the Horsham Wellbeing services, I would give it 10/10 it has been so helpful and actually life changing for me, a real blessing!"
