Horsham Wellbeing run a free 12 week Weight Management course that aims to help you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. Before the next courses start in September we are offering FREE introduction sessions that will give you the opportunity to find out more about the course, meet the team and decide if it's right for you. Although most of us welcome the summer sun, high temperatures can be harmful to your health. The heat can affect anyone, but some people run a greater risk of serious harm. The main risks are:

Recommended Health App

Active 10 tracks your walking and shows you when to increase your pace to benefit your health.The app is designed to quickly and simply help you do more brisk walking in bursts of ten minutes, known as Active 10s. It tracks all your walking and rewards your progress.
