Take a look at our latest blog that describes how our service design team builds services around the experiences and needs of the people who use them.
Juliette, one of our service designers, talks about her team’s work to develop user-friendly, accessible and intuitive solutions through a clear understanding of a user's needs, challenges and goals.
This holistic approach aims to ensure that both digital and offline channels work together as seamlessly as possible.

We have been made aware that scammers are targeting members of the public by sending false letters that claim to be from HMCTS. The letter states that the recipient has unpaid debts and is being summoned to court as a result.
We’ve posted on our X (formerly Twitter) account to alert members of the public, including an example of what the false letter looks like. If you are unsure, do not pay anything and report it as a potential scam to Action Fraud UK.

The administration of civil and family work across North Hampshire has been centralised.
Going forwards all civil work that would have been processed by either the Basingstoke or Aldershot office will now be processed by the team at the Aldershot Justice Centre.
All family work that would have been processed by the teams at either Basingstoke or Aldershot will now be processed by the team at the Basingstoke Law Courts.
All hearings will remain in the relevant venues. The change relates only to the admin teams processing the work and the email contact.

A four-week public consultation on a proposal to permanently close Stirling Social Security and Child Support Tribunal Hearing Centre is now live and we're inviting you to have your say.
The centre hears cases about benefits and similar payments but changes in the way these cases are now administered means the number of cases being heard by Stirling Tribunal Hearing Centre has reduced significantly, with many now heard remotely rather than in person.
