A weekly round-up of the latest news and information about courts and tribunals
Over 3.3 million digital applications were submitted across our online services between April 2019 and August 2024, according to the latest data available about civil, family and tribunals reformed services. This is an increase of at least 1 million digital applications since the last data publication in December 2023 and reflects a trend towards an increased use of digital services.
We offer a free digital support service to support those who are unable, or struggle, to get online. For the first time we’ve published support service data which shows we’ve provided nearly 11,000 people with digital assistance when completing online applications since the service began in June 2022.
Not only are reformed services making a difference directly to those who use them, they’re now giving us the quality insights we need to support evidence-based decisions around further improving services.
