Take back your life this No Smoking Day (12th March)

It’s never too late to quit smoking. Even if you’ve tried quitting before, give it another go this No Smoking Day. Giving up smoking is one of the best things you can do for your health and on average, quitting could save you around £2,338 each year!

There’s no need to go it alone - Herefordshire’s Healthy Lifestyles Team offer personal stop smoking support tailored to meet your individual needs (the good news, is it’s all free too). Read about support to stop smoking on the Talk Community Directory, or find your local Healthy Lifestyle Drop in Session on the Talk Community Directory.
