Easter egg hunts

There are some cracking Easter activities for young children and their families at Hertsmere’s stunning and Green Flag award-winning parks this school holiday. Four Easter egg hunts, organised by Hertsmere Leisure Motivate4 Park Events Team in partnership with the council, will take place.

Each egg hunt will feature games and activities, a mini fun fair and a magician and entry is just £1 per child. Children at all the events must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

King George Recreation Ground in Bushey will host its Easter egg hunt on Easter Sunday (5 April) from 11am to 12.30pm. There are two trails one in the playground for younger children and one over the whole park.

The hunt is on at Aberford Park in Borehamwood on Tuesday 7 April from 12pm to 4pm.

The Easter egg hunt at Oakmere Park in Potters Bar takes place on Wednesday 8 April from 12pm to 4pm.

Bushey Rose Garden will host its egg hunt on Thursday 9 April from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
