Bushey Rose Garden, a hidden gem tucked away in Hertsmere, is now open for everyone, everyday online.
The new website - www.busheyrosegarden.org – includes opening times, historical information, as well as a fun tree hunt and habitat quiz to entertain little ones when in the garden.
Noticeboards around the garden have been updated with QR codes that allow visitors to read the information usually on display inside the summerhouse, which is currently closed in line with COVID-19 restrictions.
The new website includes historical information about the garden, a plant list for anyone curious about what a beautiful flower is, as well as information on how we brought the garden back to life following a restoration project in 2010.
The garden is free to enjoy and located off the High Street in Bushey and there is also access via Herkomer Road. The garden is open daily from 7.30am to 7pm until the end of September, and 7.30am to 4pm from October to March.
