Senior Estates Surveyor / Estates Surveyor
Salary £31,510 - £46,920 per annum (depending on experience)

Hertsmere Borough Council is looking for a General Practice Surveyor with a can do attitude to join our small but busy Estates Team. We have an opportunity for either an Estates Surveyor with some experience, ideally part or fully RICS qualified (although not essential) or Senior Estates Surveyor with at least five years post RICS qualification experience for a more experienced surveyor looking for a role with managerial responsibilities.

Knowledge and experience of commercial property management, valuations and practical application of the Landlord & Tenant Act is important for the job, as well as excellent negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to think creatively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be essential for your day to day engagement with colleagues, clients and elected members.

The post is offered on a full time, permanent basis (36 hours per week).
