Young people from Bushey are set for a fun half term – thanks to improvements to The Moatfield Recreation Ground in Bushey.
Work started to install new play equipment and fencing last week (Wednesday 4 September), which will bring something new for all ages and abilities.
The new play equipment has been designed to be inclusive, accessible and to cater for a wide range of abilities, and will be added to the current play area. Equipment includes a ground level trampoline, seated carousel and a pendulum rope swing. The existing swings will also be replaced with new.
These improvements will create a great place for families with children of all ages to get outside and have fun without having to spend anything.
In addition to the new play equipment, new fences will be installed around the toddler area on request of local users of the park.
