A Landlords Forum held by Hertsmere Borough Council has proved a success with 40 people attending to learn about changes to the law and how they will affect landlords.

Speakers at the council’s Civic Offices on Tuesday (26 June) discussed changes to rules on homes in multiple occupation (HMO), the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

The next Forum will be held at the end of November.
