Landlords will be able to find out more about how they will be affected by legislation changes at a forum being organised by Hertsmere Borough Council.

Guests at the council’s Civic Offices on Tuesday, 26 June will hear speeches from council officers and Landlord Association representatives on subjects such as the Homeless Reduction Act, electrical safety, changes to rules on homes in multiple occupation, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

There will be free parking at the event, which is also free to attend and a buffet including tea, coffee and other drinks will be provided.

The event will be at 6.30pm for a 7pm start.
