 Warmer Homes waiting list
Havant Borough Council is working with Warmer Homes to deliver retrofitting measures (such as insulation, air source heat pumps, smart controls and solar panels) to households in the borough.
The new programme - the Warm Homes: Local Grant – has now launched a waiting list. This can be used to support residents gaining funding to provide energy efficiency upgrades and low carbon heating to qualifying homes.

Hygiene poverty is a national issue, with reports estimating 4.2 million adults in the UK are unable to afford basic hygiene essentials.
If you are able to add an extra item to your weekly shop, or have unused toiletries cluttering your bathroom, why not donate them to one of our hygiene banks?
You can donate: toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, hair conditioner, shampoo, deodorant, moisturising cream, incontinence products, sanitary products, and new clean underwear.
Please note: all items should be NEW and UNUSED, with underwear being in its original packaging.
 Reapply for your postal vote
Following recent changes to the Elections Act, a voter can hold a postal vote for a maximum period of three years.
All electors who had a postal vote in place prior to 31 October 2023 will need to re-apply before the deadline of 31 January 2026.
An email will be sent to postal voters who have provided us with their email address, with details of how to renew their postal vote application. If we do not have your email address, we will contact you by post.
