The Good to Great programme is motoring along towards it's busiest period to date. The customer services complaints system will be going live, the laptop rollout will be taking place and Arcus will be going live all in the space of two months.
We will be continuing to send regular updates to keep you informed about how it's all going and what you can do to support the programme.
Less than two weeks to go until the first round of colleagues will be swapping their current laptops for renewed Exponential-e devices.
As you can imagine, there has been a great deal of work put into organising the appointments for the laptop roll-out and we would therefore ask that you attend your appointments, on time and with your laptop clean and ready to hand back.
Please note that your appointment to swap your laptop is compulsory and can only be moved due to pre-booked annual leave or if you are unwell and unable to attend work on the day.
There are some actions you must complete before your laptop rollout appointment, please view your personalised migration plan to find out what is left to do.
Following the successful migration of Zellis earlier in the year, and all glitches now having been resolved, the HR system migration has now been marked as complete.
Thank you to the HR team for their hard work and commitment to completing this project!
You may notice that the "Havant absence" tab still appears on your Zellis account. This is the final workaround that is still in place, but this will also be removed by the end of July as the "My time off" tab is now working as expected.
If you have any questions regarding your HR account, please contact the team by emailing hrsupport@havant.gov.uk
The environmental health and planning development services have now begun their training, to get ready for the Arcus project going live on 13 August.
The training and other preparations for go-live are extensive and the service is working incredibly hard to prepare for this big change.
Customer services complaints system training has also now been scheduled and 70 colleagues from across the service will be attending.
As we all know, adjusting to a new system can take time, so please bear with and support each other in this period of change as we learn these new skills.
There will a further update about the Good to Great programme at the next Fountain in-person event is taking place on Thursday 10 July!
Get the date in your diary and come along for the latest news, a chance to see colleagues and as always, there will be a bake sale!
