SERT - Retrofit Training Course
Electrical Programme: 9-10 days, Monday – Friday in our Electrical Training Centre PO15 7AL. Developing qualifications 18th Edition and Domestic Electrical Installer. A perfect course to test the waters for a career as an electrician developing both practical skills and theoretical understanding. Following completion of this course, we will be setting up interviews with local employers to explore potential next steps for successful learners. With recognised prior learning learners are attractive to employers but cannot make any employment guarantees.
Retrofit Advisor: Up to 16 weeks of online training and assessments including a live session. Developing Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit and Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Advice. This course is perfect for people looking to advise homeowners on energy savings or join a sales team working in the renewable sectors.

Business Administration Skills - 19th March to 27th March 9.30-2.45pm
Administrators need a broad range of skills to work efficiently and to help increase business productivity. This course aims to provide introductory knowledge and skills you will need to be a successful business administrator.
Digital Skills & Cyber Security - 15th April to 26th April 9.30-2.45pm
Improve digital skills for work, life and study. Sessions include online and digital device safety, using digital devices and handling information, creating and editing, digital communication and transacting digitally. Come and learn about cybercrime, understand routine protective methods used to maintain cybersecurity including the principles of vulnerability and penetration testing and user access control.
