When I became leader of the council in May 2021, I promised that I would work day in and day out for residents of Havant Borough Council. I am proud of the hard work my team and I have achieved over the last two years supporting post pandemic growth, rebuilding our teams after the split with East Hants council, and delivering across our services for the residents and businesses residing here.
It is vital that this momentum continues, and communication with our businesses and investors in the area is key to this.
I am delighted to be able to launch the next Havant Business Partnership networking event that will take place on the evening of the 2nd November. Working with our business partners and further education providers to drive economic growth and skills resilience across the borough is a priority for us here at Havant Borough Council. In partnership with HSDC we welcome employers from across the borough to come and join us to talk about our regeneration plans for the borough, business growth support, and discuss the skills needs of the area.

I look forward to personally welcoming you and informing you about the progress that has been made and continues to be made across the borough for the benefit of its employers and residents.
