Tier four restrictions are now in place for the borough of Havant.
As a result, non-essential shops and those providing personal care (such as hair and nail salons) are now closed.
Hospitality, such as cafés and restaurants, is now restricted to takeaway services, click-and-collect, drive through and delivery.

Funding and grants
The government is finalising details about tier four funding for businesses; when confirmed, the council will provide an update. This may be through content published online, or via social media channels.
Existing grants administered by the council are in place to support businesses affected by coronavirus. Visit our business support page for the latest grants available to closed and adversely affected (but open) businesses.
The Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme – for supporting staff in furlough – has been extended until 30 April 2021. Please note: claims for furlough days in December 2020 must be made by 14 January 2021.
The Self Employment Income Support Scheme is offering a third grant to eligible parties who are self employed or a member of a partnership. Please note if you were not eligible for the first two grants, you will not be eligible for the third.
