New launch of hospice training programme

The End of Life Partnership has expanded its award winning 'Hospice Leadership and Management Development Programme' to make it available to delegates from different care settings - care homes, hospices, domiciliary care etc.

The 'Aspiring Leaders in Palliative Care' programme starts this month and will cover;

1.     Tools and frameworks to refine your personal leadership purpose, in alignment with the purpose of your organisation.
2.     The skills to face workplace challenges, such as having difficult conversations, leading teams and dealing with complexity.
3.     Leadership strategies for driving organisational change and preparing for the future, while maintaining team performance.
4.     The capability to maintain resilient teams within a resilient organisation.

This will take place via the following four modules;

The programme is delivered as a live interactive, facilitated online programme, using Moodle as a platform and incorporating live modules, videos, group Action Learning Sets and virtual 1:1s. The programme has been developed by Rachael Lewis, a Business and Coaching Psychologist, with over 25 years' experience developing bespoke management training.

If you would like more information about the programme and the benefits it will bring you and your organisation, or to register, please contact Mary Buttle, on 01270 310260, via email mary.buttle@eolp.org.uk. Or via their website : New Aspiring Leaders in Palliative Care
