The 2021/22 IFRS 16 Leases Data Collection Return is now on Schoolsnet. All schools are required to complete this form for inclusion in the Statement of Accounts, which will detail the current leases position. We require all schools to submit a return, even if it is a nil return, by Friday 18 February 2022. Please upload your completed returns onto Perspective Lite.
The schools financial year end closure of accounts timetable and notes for 2021/22 are now available to download from the year end guidance page.
Students have the opportunity to take part in the UK’s largest youth consultation this February. The ballot takes place on the 1 - 28 February and all 11-18 year olds are invited to take part. The Bulletin Board at the above link has further details.

As of January 2022, there have been two validation rounds. As a large number of self-assessment submissions almost met the 16 essential core criteria, the panel is carrying out an additional resubmission exercise in mid-February. This means the list of validated phonics programmes will likely be updated to include more programmes in late February. This will ensure that schools have a wide as possible choice of validated SSP programmes, before the end of the 2021-22 financial year. Please see here for further information.
