The government announced a 4-week pause. Step 3 restrictions therefore remain in place. Keep checking guidance on the government website for what this means for you.
It is expected that England will move to Step 4 on 19 July, though the data will be reviewed after 2 weeks in case the risks have reduced. The government will continue to monitor the data and the move to Step 4 will be confirmed one week in advance.

‘One Gloucestershire’ is the working name given to the partnership between the county’s NHS and care organisations to help keep people healthy, support active communities and ensure high quality, joined up care when needed.
We have made great strides over the last few years and our short videos (here) highlight the progress we are making ‘on the ground’ working hand in glove with councils, charities, the wider voluntary and community sector and local people.
You can read more about our approach here. Watch here.

The last year has been tough on everyone. You won’t be alone in how you feel.
Whilst some of us will be enjoying our new found freedom, there will be many people who are finding this next step difficult. You might be worried about mixing with friends and family you’ve not seen for months or concerned about the existing risk of COVID-19.
It could be money worries keeping you awake at night or feelings of loneliness and isolation as a result of working from home.
What ever the reason, there is help available. You can find information and details of people to talk to for yourself, a family member, friend or young person here.
Don’t let stigma stop you from getting the support you need.

Since publishing their report on accessing dental care in Gloucestershire (September 2020), Healthwatch have continued to hear about people's difficulties accessing dentistry. A new report from Healthwatch England (24 May), shows that access to NHS dental care continues to be a problem for people across the country, with Healthwatch recording a 22% rise in calls and complaints about dentistry between January and March 2021.
There will be a series of workshops run by the NHS to urgently look at how dental services can be improved. If you have an experience of dentistry, good or bad, get in touch, so that Healthwatch can keep the key decision makers up to date on dental provision as we move out of COVID-19 restrictions.
