Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the Department for Education (DfE) has decided that the SFVS return should be delayed this year. This is to take account of the current pressures schools and local authorities are facing. Further information is available on the Bulletin Board at the above link.
Caterlink will be providing schools with a refund at the end of the financial year, where service has been reduced.Work is currently underway to calculate all costs per school for the current financial year ending 31 March 2021 and this will then be compared to previous years costs. Schools will receive a credit via GCC plus.Cathy King will be writing to all schools in the Caterlink contract once the analysis has been completed and to confirm credits on GCC plus.
In November and December, the Educational Psychology Service in collaboration with GHLL and the Advisory Teaching Service ran virtual training for all settings, as part of the DfE’s Wellbeing for Education Return (WER) Programme. On 23 February, 3:00 -4:00pm there will be a live Q&A session regarding WER, to support implementation for all settings.
