Welcome to the first Barry Communities First monthly online newsletter, we aim to keep you up to date with what we're doing and provide you with useful local information.
If you don't know about us we're a Vale of Glamorgan Council led Welsh Government funded anti-poverty programme aimed at improving the Health, Prosperity and Learning of residents in parts of Buttrills, Cadoc, Castleland, Court and Gibbonsdown.

Jobs Café launches for young job seekers.
Our Jobs Café is aimed at job seekers aged 20-24 who live in a Communities First area to support them into gaining a paid Jobs Growth Wales work placement. Current placements available include a Trainee Mortgage Advisor role, Nursery Assistant position and many more.
