Welcome to the new customer service initiative from Vale of Glamorgan Council
We are always trying to improve
the services we provide and today we are launching Vale Connect – a new service
that provides the information you are interested in directly from us to your
email inbox.
It’s simple, all you have to do
is choose which council services you want to receive updates from. Here
are some of the things you will be able to do:
- Receive emergency messages and weather updates
- Find out what events are happening in your area
- Find out when council jobs become available
As a previous customer we would like to give you
the opportunity to be one of the first to take advantage of this brand
new service.
Those of you who already receive our e-news and job vacancy bulletins will receive them in this new format from now on.
