Red Bull Shore Shift - The Red Bull Shore Shift is an intense fitness race on the beach, challenging athletes with workouts as the tide rises. Starting with a 200-300m run to the water, teams face five workouts, ending with an anchor drag through the sea. Free to watch, it begins at 1:30pm between slipways 3 and 6.
