As the end of another academic year, after the challenges faced this year, the opportunity to rest and recharge will be extremely welcome. During the summer break there is a wealth of provision that is scheduled to run across Essex, please do signpost your students to this (see below).

May I thank you for your support during this difficult year, and for your willingness and flexibility to ensure young people have continued to access music tuition. I am looking forward with optimism and hope to a more settled Autumn term. The team look forward to working alongside and supporting you in the delivery of music in schools.

With the launch of a new scheme within Charanga, a refreshed CPD offer and new project opportunities for your students to be involved in, there will be plenty on offer in the new year, provided to support all schools and provide the best music education for young people.

I hope you all have a relaxing and very well-deserved summer break.
