Summer holiday Bandcamp

Join our first virtual Summer Holiday Bandcamp - an online feast of instrumental, music teach, compositional and vocal workshops and projects!

If your child wants additional preparation for GCSE or A level before term starts, is curious about how music tech works, or just wants to play along with other young musicians, there’s something for everyone – even a daily SingGym!

Our weekly courses cost from £14 to £35 with something for everyone!

Echoes from Essex + a free songwriting workshop

Chelmsford City Theatres have teamed up with electric voice theatre and Essex Music Hub for Essex 2020 for this exciting project 'Echoes from Essex'

Interested in how you can join in with this project? Well, there are two exciting events coming up that you or someone you know could be a perfect fit for!

Our specialist music tutors normally work in schools, academies and our Music  Centres. However, our 1-to-1 music lessons and some groups have now been transferred to online music lessons via Microsoft Teams.

Online Songwriting Workshops Song Academy are offering to develop lyric writing, melody improvising, composition and production skills at group online workshops during August.  Click here for more details.

The National Children's Choir of Great Britain - online auditions are now open for children and young people aged 9 - 19. Click here to apply.

BBC Young Chorister of the Year Songs of Praise and BBC Radio 2 have joined forces to find the BBC Young Chorister of the Year. Former choristers, Aled Jones and Katherine Jenkins, will coach the selected singers aged 10-16. Singers have until midnight on 20 July to submit their entries.Click here to apply online
