Living in a cold home can harm health and can make a range of health conditions worse. It can also impact on mental wellbeing.
Residents who struggle to afford the energy needed to keep warm and well in their own home may be eligible for a free warm home check.

Have your say on the NHS Long Term Plan at two engagement events hosted by Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford Clinical Commissioning Group and Hastings and Rother Clinical Commissioning Group.

In February Care for the Carers is hosting a free event in Eastbourne – the Carers Forum – supported by funding from East Sussex County Council, where residents can join other family and friend carers from across the county.
There will be the opportunity to share personal experiences, and hear from local organisations and carers, to ensure attendees are receiving support and information about the issues that matter to them.
