PAUSE ER in partnership with HEY Mind
Want to improve your mental health, anxiety and fatigue?
Live Well Work Well in partnership with @MindHEY, are encouraging staff, their families and friends to take a break from social media, as part of the #PauseER campaign.
The concept is simple. In association with Mental Health Awareness Week (10 – 16th May), we are encouraging people to consciously take a break from social media, their phones and other devices for 2 hours per day, throughout the month of May. We want people to reconnect with life, relax, switch off and socialise with one another whilst exploring the great outdoors – without having any distractions or living life through a screen.
The campaign aims to tell people’s stories and share their positive experiences and feelings from taking part in it.
If you feel that you spend a lot of time on social media, potentially feeling tired, low mood and generally a bit fed up – why not give it ago and see how you feel after.
Sign up today to be entered into the prize draw, for a chance to win a family pass to the magnificent facilities at Sewerby Hall & Gardens. T&C’s apply.
