On Saturday 20th May more than 350 walkers, joined by a good number of EHDC councillors, took part in our annual Charity Walk for Peace.
The walk is a family-friendly 5km around Hogmoor Inclosure in Whitehill & Bordon. We run it alongside the Ahmadiyya Muslim Elder Association and the Whitehill & Bordon Community Trust.
This year the money raised will be split between 26 local charities, the most we've ever had taking part.

This will be followed by refreshments and an overview from the NFU Regional Director of the political landscape in farming.
You will need to be suitably dressed for walking around a farmyard and for having refreshments outside.

We are arranging helpful drop-in events showcasing the breadth of support available for Ukraine families in East Hampshire.
Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine there are more than 400 Ukrainians, around 190 family groups, living in East Hampshire.
The first event was held at the Alton Maltings in May, the next will be held in Petersfield Festival Hall on Tuesday 6 June, between 4-7pm.

As part of your work as a councillor you will occasionally need to ask for support from officers.
You can do this in two ways:
Through MyEHDC
For simple service requests you must log in to our customer management system, called MyEHDC and log a request.
This allows us to properly process your request. It will be given a unique reference number and that allows us to track its progress through the system to completion.
Please do not call officers directly.
Please advise residents to use MyEHDC in the first instance and if you need to follow up with a service, use the reference number they have for their case.
|
Through a director
For more complex requests, contact the relevant director who will be able to advise you.
Visit our Senior Leadership Team page on the Councillor Hub to find out more.
