In the build up to Christmas we will be making some festive crafts – the perfect addition to your Christmas presents, a fun festive gift, or an extra decoration for your tree.
You don't need any experience, these are all simple activities we can do in an hour!

 Our Performance Development Review (PDR) process is slightly different this year.
From now until the end of March (when the new PDR year begins) achievable objectives should be agreed between you and your line manager to reflect the work and success you have had this year, so far.
My PDR is on the MyView system and is open for you to enter your objectives and development goals, which should be completed no later than next Friday, 9 December. All objectives should be underpinned by our values – Bold, Positive, Results Driven and Respectful – in some cases specific objectives may be created to ensure that these behaviours are brought alive and incorporated in our day to day.
Performance objectives can be updated with your progress throughout the performance year until your objectives have been completed.

 David Fitzgerald has worked at EHDC since 2006, first as a principal Environmental Health Officer and more recently his role has been shared across East Hampshire and Havant.
As the structure of our shared teams changes with the separation, David will now be working as Environmental Health Manager for HBC.
We wish David farewell and good luck!
David would love for you to join him for leaving drinks on Friday 16 December, after work at Wetherspoons, The Red Lion in Petersfield.
Please come along to say goodbye and wish him well at his new authority.
