LISTED BUILDING APPLICATIONS

 

Flat 4, 22 Old Tiverton Road.  The roof has been stripped, rotten timbers have been replaced. The felt and battens have been replaced and the roof has been retiled with natural slate. The guttering at the rear of the building  was unsalvageable and has been replaced with cast iron guttering as was removed.  24/1332/LBC

5 Cathedral Close.  Change of use of part of the south range of the building into two flats.  24/1208/LBC

19 Richmond Road.  Replacement roof for the rear lean-to extension using Spanish roof slates.  24/1327/LBC
