Local Government Boundary Commission Recommendations


On 29th September 2015, the Local Government Boundary Commission published final recommendations for future electoral arrangements in Exeter City Council. The report is available in the link below.

The LGBC have now completed their electoral review of Exeter City Council. The changes they have proposed must be approved by parliament. A draft Order - the legal document which brings into force their recommendations will be laid before parliament. The draft Order will provide for new electoral arrangements for the council to be implemented at the local elections in 2016.
